Titleist Sweepstakes and LPGA Exhibition Rules

| 1. | Promotion begins November 1, 2007 and ends November 18, 2008, when all entries must be received. To enter, complete the offer entry card and mail to One Swing Club, c/o Rally for the Cure®, 20 Westport Road, Box 855., Wilton, CT 06897. All entries must be received 11/18/08. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, postage due, illegible, or misdirected mail. Only one entry per person. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. |
| 2. | Two winners (one winner will be from chosen from the entry card and the second winner will be the ambassador who led the event for the first winner) will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 1, 2008, and will be notified by mail and/or telephone. If winner's cannot be contacted or do not respond within 15 days, alternate winners may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final. The prize is a Titleist golf bag for each winner, chosen by Titleist. The approximate retail value of the prize is $650.00. |
| 3. | Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. |
| 4. | Open to players and ambassadors at a Rally for the Cure® event who is at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or D.C., and whose ball stays on the green during the Rally for the Cure® event. Employees of Golf For Women magazine, Acushnet, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Rally for the Cure® ("Sponsors") and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. |
| 5. | Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. |
| 6. | The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. |
| 7. | All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Providing your email address is optional if you do not want your email address used for future marketing purposes. |
| 8. | Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release; Affidavits and releases must be returned within thirty (30) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. |
| 9. | For the name of the winners or to notify Sponsor/Promoter that you wish to be excluded from all lists of names and addresses used by Sponsor/Promoter for future contests or sweepstakes, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to One Swing Club, c/o Rally for the Cure®, 20 Westport Road, Box 855., Wilton, CT 06897 after December 1, 2008. The Sponsor/Promoter of this sweepstakes is Titleist. |
Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2008 and ends January 20, 2009, when all entries must be received. Mail your completed Rally for the Cure® Collection Envelope with the valid names and addresses of at least 50 participants (only those for whom sponsors receive the entry fee will count as "participants") and your completed Subscriber List with the valid names of all participants who have requested a Golf For Women subscription to, Rally for the Cure®, P.O. Box 740, Danbury, CT 06813.
The number of participants will be determined by the number of $20.00 entry fees received. For every 50 players a club registers for its 2008 Rally for the Cure® event the club will be given one entry into the sweepstakes. For example, 100 participants = 2 entries. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for lost, late, stolen, damaged, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail or entries. Any club/course may also enter by sending a postcard between 3" x 5" to 4" x 6" with the name of the club, the contact person, the club address and phone number and the words "LPGA Teaching Professional Exhibition Drawing," in an envelope via first-class mail to: LPGA Teaching Professional Exhibition Drawing, P.O. Box 855, Wilton, CT, 06897, to be received by 1/20/08. Enter as often as you like but each entry must be individually hand-written. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. One winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida on or about January 18, 2009. A club representative need not be present to win. The winning club will be contacted by phone and posted on the www.rallyforthecure.com website. If winning club cannot be contacted or does not respond within 15 days, an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is an exhibition at the club for up to 200 people for four hours by an LPGA teaching professional, with an approximate retail value of $2500.00. Prize must be used by 12/31/09. Date of exhibition is in sole discretion of Sponsor.
Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Only clubs/courses in the 50 United States or D.C. are eligible; one player or member of the club/course who is at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or D.C. must enter on behalf the club. Employees of Golf For Women, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Rally for the Cure® ("Sponsors") and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. All judges' decisions are final and binding in all respects. Any tax on prize is the responsibility of the winning club. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winning club/course's name and images for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) a representative of the winning club/course may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within seven (7) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to LPGA Exhibition Drawing Winner, c/o Rally for the Cure®, P.O. Box 855, Wilton, CT 06897 after 1/29/09, but before 7/29/09.
